Ordered, paid, received confirmation, received shipping tracker, never received item. Shipping tracker never changed from "pre-shipping". Customer Service is horrible, no replies to three emails, phone calls go to voice mail and asks that you email them; which you get no reply to. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
